You can tell how much weight was lifted off Lebron's shoulder after the final buzzer as this is was 13 years worth of expectations since he was a rookie and 50 years for his hometown

No can determine how close the Finals will be beforehand (thanks Durant, ya schmuck), but there's no denying how much more special it is when it comes down to the wire. When the Warriors won the last two, it was like they won an AAU tournament against the junior varsity: congratulations.

            This vid made me cry.

Cause I know how much Lebron dealt with.

            So much hate and etc.

Even after this, still much hate daily.

            You earned this Lebron

“Be a star in your role.” -Tristan Thompson. Words to live by right there. As far as LeBron James is concerned. I started liking the Oklahoma City Thunder when I saw them as the underdog in the Finals against LeBron’s Heat. When I saw them lose 4-1 that year, I instantly lost all respect for LeBron because he forgot where he came from for a singular moment in time and was more concerned with himself instead of doing the right thing. All I ever wanted was to see the Thunder beat him. But when he came home and delivered this Championship that he promised to deliver, I had a change of heart of how I feel about him. Not just as a player, but also as a man. Respect is a strong word. It’s also not given, it’s earned. When he made this promise to this city, I’m not a Cleveland fan myself and probably never will be, but he showed he actually has a heart. As I sit here now. I have 1 word for LeBron James. Respect. Congrats to the Cavs. I know it’s 3 years late but better late than never. Congrats to the Cavs and good luck with everything in LA.

In this game he let Kevin Love lock him after Kyrie hit the shot and in game 6 vs the Raptors he missed the potential game winner. Curry 3 rings and ZERO finals MVPs. Rings dont matter without the Finals MVP. Curry equal no clutch gene in the playoffs. I wonder who Draymond will call on the phone crying for this time. Maybe Harden?

How can u root against him? He came back and delivered a championship!!!! Behind 3-1!!!!! Averaged a triple double!!!!! A trip double!!!! Only player that to ever do it in the finals !! Undoubtedly the GOAT!!! I hated him !!!!! But after this he became my favorite player ever!!!!!!! Love em’!!!!!!! Won twice on the home floor!!!! I am a Kobe fan forever!!!!!

He took them to 7, had a triple double and beat them. He has the right to say he feels like he’s the greatest player ever, you don’t have to agree with him but he has earned the right to say it.
