    Metabolic Bodyweight Workout for Fighters
    Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. After you complete all 10 exercises, rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds.

    Bunny Hop Burpees
    Abs Spring Ups
    Low Explosive Lunges
    Explosive MMA Push Ups
    Stationary Sprints
    Kick Outs
    Kick Ups
    Jump Squats
    Plank Around the World

        @Silvermage Just preference. The weather would have to be perfect with a breeze and everything. In Tennessee where I live it is either 100% humidity and 20 degrees too hot for this or 100% humidity and 20 degrees too cold for this.

        If done correctly for all exercises. All personnel should be dying in bed with muscle pain for a week before they can venture out for another workout.

                          I just got my ass handed to me this morning. Those kickups are so hard. My legs felt like cement. And who can do pushups for a minute straight? I did 3 rounds and felt like heaving in the parking lot. Good thing I was still fasting. Bro splits are so much easier, that's why it's popular. Funk Roberts is smart and his channel is right on as far as I'm concerned.

                                                                            I will be doing this all summer with my training. Went from 226 to 160 last year with boxing and diet changes. This summer will be even better!

                                                                                    Thanks so much for this.. This by far is the most interesting challenging workout I've seen.. The rest of hi it are boring cliche n yawns..i tried this.. Definitely not the speed of those super humans in the video but in my own pace with as minimal rest except interval.. Almost couldn't make it through.. And could only handle 2 rounds... Shall try harder....
